The KaizenTour Study Team offers you a unique opportunity to enhance your Lean skills. Travel with experienced Lean specialists, pausing along the way to reflect together on how to better apply the new knowledge in practice.
You will visit leading Lean companies and experience world-class Lean practices. Gain insights directly from the responsible leaders behind the Lean implementations in these companies.
Receive instruction from experienced Toyota leaders who share their experiences with TPS and guide you through practical exercises to clarify what continuous improvement entails. A real eye-opener for many past participants.
Immerse yourself in the culture that gave birth to Lean and gather ideas on what it will take for your company to reap greater benefits.
Throughout the tour, great emphasis is placed on facilitating ongoing professional knowledge sharing. Each day concludes with a summary meeting where participants' views on the day's events are systematically shared. This includes discussing opportunities and prerequisites for implementation in daily practice. The goal is for each participant to have an operational plan ready for testing in their daily work upon return.
The Lean philosophy is rooted in Japanese culture. Therefore, KaizenTour - Study Team includes an introduction to this philosophy through culinary experiences and sightseeing, including visits to temples in Tokyo/Kyoto.

4.650 EUA
The price does not cover personal expenses, travel insurance, or transportation to and from Japan. The trip starts in Tokyo, so it is important for participants to ensure the validity of their personal entry documents, including any vaccination certificate requirements.
Upon registration, a deposit of 11,500 DKK per participant is required. The total amount must be paid no later than 3 months before departure.
In case of tour cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded. If cancellation occurs more than 3 months before departure, the full amount paid will also be refunded. If cancellation happens later than 3 months before departure, no refund will be issued.
