The framework for organizing a tailored KaizenTour trip is established in a contract agreed upon between us and you. The contract will outline details such as timing, itinerary, and services for the trip. It will also specify the financial terms, including payment conditions. A minimum of 12 participants is required, while the maximum number of participants is 25.
We typically prefer a 3-month lead time from the contract agreement to the start of the trip to ensure the best possible conditions for your tour.
