KaizenTour - To Go.
If you are looking to embark on a journey in the near future, Kaizen To Go is an option for you. You will be part of an international group where the working language is English. The focus is on the practical application of lean principles with company visits, Lean training by Toyota consultants, and the opportunity to experience the culture that created Lean.
Kaizentour - Study Team
This tour focuses on incorporating participants' own experiences in Lean practices. The tour includes the typical Kaizentour elements such as company visits, management discussions, Doujo training, etc. However, this is combined with an ongoing structured dialogue within the group to ensure that each individual gains the most insights to take home.
KaizenTour - Customized
This tour is designed for organizations that want to carry out their own customized KaizenTour. This provides them with the optimal opportunities to focus on precisely the aspects that matter to them.
