Program for 2025

1. Group Travel for 12 or More Participants

We continuously arrange trips for complete groups with 12 or more participants. The timing and program are agreed upon with the client. A binding agreement must be made no later than 4 months before departure. The standard price for 12 participants is 360,000 DKK or 30,000 DKK per participant. The price may be higher if the program requires extensive transportation, higher service standards, etc.

2. Trips for Individuals or Groups of Less Than 12 Participants

Our Japanese partner regularly organizes KaizenTours in Japan for internationally mixed groups. We can offer participation in these tours, where the program may vary. The standard price for participation is 33,000 DKK per participant.

3. Trips for Ad Hoc Groups

A few times a year, we arrange a KaizenTour for a European group composed of individually registered participants. The price for these tours is 34,500 DKK per person. The program for these tours follows the guidelines stated on this website under the KaizenTour program.

Terms and Conditions

The KaizenTour Includes:

• Shared transportation within Japan
• Study visits
• Training sessions with Toyota experts
• Hotels
• All meals (except for one dinner, so you can try dining independently)
• Group sightseeing
• Seminars (if applicable)
• English-speaking Japanese guides throughout the tour

The Price Does Not Include:
Items not mentioned above, including personal expenses, travel insurance, and transportation to and from Japan.

Important Notes:
The tour begins in Tokyo, and participants are responsible for ensuring the validity of their personal travel documents, including any required vaccination certificates.

Flight Costs:
Return flights to and from Japan are available starting at 7,000 DKK per person

Payment and Refund Policy

• Upon registration, a deposit of 6,000 DKK per participant is required.
• The full amount must be paid no later than 2 months before departure.

Refunds in Case of Cancellation:

• If the tour is canceled, the full amount paid will be refunded.
• If a participant cancels at least 3 months before departure, the full amount paid will also be refunded.
• If a participant cancels at least 1 month before departure, 50% of the invoiced amount will be refunded.
• No refund is available for cancellations made later than 1 month before departure
