About the To Go Tours
Our Japanese partner regularly holds KaizenTour with participants from around the world. Participants have a common interest in the mentioned elements. KaizenTour To Go provides a unique opportunity to study Lean in an international context.
The group typically consists of 14-16 people. Continuous translation to English takes place, and the working language within the group is English. The tours always start on Monday (departure from DK on Sunday) and last either until Friday or Sunday. Prices vary accordingly. Participants are picked up and dropped off at the agreed airport, which is typically Tokyo, Nagoya, or Osaka.

Practical Considerations
The planned trip starts and ends in Japan. Start and end destinations vary depending on the trip but are connected to an international airport. The travel itinerary may vary but always includes the mentioned elements. The trip duration can range from 5 to 7 days. Details of the desired tour are known before signing up, ensuring participants are informed about the program.
The price does not include personal expenses, travel insurance, or transportation to and from Japan. It is the participant's own responsibility to ensure the validity of their personal entry documents, including any vaccination certificates.
Upon registration, a deposit of 7,000 DKK per participant must be paid. The full amount must be paid no later than 2 months before departure.
In case of cancellation, the full amount paid will be refunded. If the cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the departure, the full amount paid will also be refunded. Cancellation later than 2 months before the departure will not result in any refund.
